Our story
Nearly twenty years ago, we discovered Lefkada for the very first time.
What started as a holiday soon became a tradition. Year after year, we found ourselves returning to this beautiful island, drawn by its crystal-clear waters, breathtaking scenery and the genuine warmth of the local people.
With every visit, our love for Lefkada grew stronger, and so did one special dream: to create a place of our own where we could experience that same feeling every time we arrived.
That dream became Irini Retreat Lefkada.
Although we originally created it as our own island home, we soon realised that a place this special is meant to be shared. Today, we are delighted to welcome guests from around the world and hope they will fall in love with Lefkada just as we did.
This photo was taken during one of our many visits to Lefkada. It captures exactly why this island means so much to us. Nearly twenty years after our very first holiday here, we still look forward to every visit. Our greatest wish is that Irini Retreat becomes a place where you create wonderful memories of your own—and perhaps even begin looking forward to your next visit before your holiday has come to an end.
